Intraoral Camera
We use a pen-sized camera to zoom in on and photograph cracked teeth, spots on your gums and other dental images.
The full-color images are sent to a computer screen in the operatory which allow you to easily see what is going on in your mouth. You are also able to see the before, during and after photos of your treatment process. These photographs give you a chairside view of your mouth so you see and understand what is going on.
Additionally, the intraoral camera is a helpful tool in diagnosis and great additional information for when we're submitting claims to a patient's dental benefits on their behalf. We're happy to have this piece of equipment to help our patients understand their treatment, and receive payment towards their necessary care as they should!
